Shipping policy

 

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days from the time of order and dispatch them on the same day they have been processed.

Standard shipping, you will receive your order between 3 to 7 business days.

Fast shipping, you will receive your order between 2 to 3 business days.

Local delivery, you will receive your order on the closest delivery date (see local deliver option)

Standard shipping:

£0 - £9.99 = £1.99

£10- £29.99 = £2.99

£30 - £49.99 = £3.99

£50 and above = Free

Fast shipping:

£0 and above = £5.99

Local delivery:

£0 - £29.99 = £1.99

£30 and  above = Free

The price of shipping is subject to change depending on the price of the courier companies and will be changed without notice. Changes will only affect future orders and will not affect completed orders. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, tracking information will be available to view once the order has been processed

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@olora.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

local delivery option

This option will be automatically available to customers who live within the range of our Glasgow warehouse. The delivery charge is set to £1.99 for orders upto £29.99, for orders above this value delivery is free, this is subject to change without notice. Changes will only affect future orders and will not affect completed orders. 

Orders will be delivered every Monday and Thursday. The cut off date/time for Monday delivery is 10pm Sunday and the cut off date/time for Thursday delivery is 10pm wednesday. Any orders placed after these times will be delivered at the next delivery day.
